Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Accessorize with Attitude endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Accessorize with Attitude reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilize one of the other payment options.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Accessorize with Attitude as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products. 

Confirmation Email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package has been shipped and supplied with a tracking number. Accessorize with Attitude is not held responsible for the customer not receiving a tracking number due to an incorrect email address supplied. If the package is undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if not available to sign for delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re delivery with the South African Postal Service. Accessorize with Attitude shall not be liable for any costs, damages, charges, losses or expenses due to late delivery .If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. All deliveries are subject to acts which are beyond the control of Accessorize with Attitude due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labor, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labor disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14.00 hours.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Accessorize with Attitude will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. Once your order has been placed it is not possible to change your delivery address.


Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Delivery Policy 

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are within 5-7 working days for main city centres and within 7-10 working days for outlying areas. Although Accessorize with Attitude would like to adhere to our delivery times unfortunately some circumstances are unavoidable and therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Note: A day excludes public holidays and Saturday/Sunday. A day refers to a normal business day

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Accessorize with Attitude cannot be held responsible for an undeliverable package due to an incorrect delivery address by yourself.

Refunds/Returns Policy 

Criteria to return an item:

Accessorize with Attitude ensures that all our products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. If an item is defective then a return must be logged within 5 working days of item being delivered. Email us at returns@accessorizewa.co.za

  • The item being returned qualifies for return due to a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is in its original packaging sent in an envelope marked “Returns”. An address will be provided once the return has been approved.
  • Please keep the tracking number as reference and proof of payment for the return requested.

The time period for such a return is 10 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should we be out of stock you will be contacted and provided with a credit. Returned products will be inspected by us and will be replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect. We will replace your product with the same style. If the problem was caused by reasons other than the material quality or the assembly process, the original merchandise will be returned to you. Please note that unless products are faulty due to a manufacturing error, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in your refund of store credit.

In the event we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the tracking number and proof of payment from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a swop of items if you are unable to provide proof of posting.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 10 calendar days.

* Note:  Accessorize with Attitude recommends you use  South African Postal Services for all returns as it offers shipment tracking.

Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

Security Policy

    Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

    In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.

    So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.


We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).


The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates


I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Accessorize with Attitude and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Accessorize with Attitude for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
